Culture buffs would do well to visit Mima (Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art); situated centrally, it houses an impressive collection of modern art from sculpture to print work – and better still it has free admission! For Downton Abbey fans, you might want to recreate your own drama in Ormesby Hall, a gorgeous 18th century manor house on the outskirts of Middlesbrough and marvel at the ornate plasterwork and decoration. To get a feel for Middlesbrough and the surrounding area take a trip to the famous Tees Transporter Bridge and Visitor Centre.
For those who prefer an activity-based hen party, at Saltholme Wildlife Reserve, you’ll find lots of amazing wildlife walks. For a real challenge Rock Antics will certainly deliver by teaching you rock climbing basics, while the Transporter Bridge offers bungee jumps.

We had a fantastic time and everyone really enjoyed the pin-up hen party dance class in Cardiff! Our teacher Lana L’amour was superb and made the whole afternoon very fun and enjoyable!
